Hotel Five - A Staypineapple Hotel

Second time here and there’s a reason for the repeat business. Great location (took the light rail from Seattle airport to within a ten minute walk of the hotel) downtown. Easily walk to Pike Place Market and also the convention center from the hotel. The employees are genuine, friendly and helpful - starting with Karin at the front desk. Surprised she hasn’t been hired away yet Owen quickly fixed an issue with our room and Veronica was great taking care of our housekeeping requests. Highly recommended. Will always stay here for trips back to Seattle.

Hotel is nice and clean. Also in a great location. Staff was nice as well. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because when I arrived the “resort fee” and parking ended up costing more than what I paid to stay.

I had the best experience from booking to checkout. The staff I encountered each day was friendly and so helpful, great at giving directions and tips when needed. I really appreciated the reusable water bottle in the room, I used it for my entire trip and was grateful to have it. Having a cafe in the lobby was also great! The location was perfect, I could walk to so many things in every direction, I only had to catch a rideshare a couple times for things that were just a little too far away. I'd never been to the city but ended up staying in the perfect location! I was there to celebrate my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was celebrated! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the bed was so comfy and the duvet was like sleeping inside a cloud. There is a level of noise from downtown but I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't really bother me, but something to consider if you're a light sleeper. The blackout shade was amazing though, the smallest sliver of light peeked through in the mornings and made it so I could sleep in each day, very much appreciated.

I came to staypineapple with my ten year old daughter who is not particularly judgmental of hotels. She absolutely loved the stay! She told me that this was the best hotel in the world! I enjoyed it very much too. She was obsessed with the everything button and she thought the robes were like clouds. The customer service was amazing and the staff were so friendly. We would suggest trying top pot for Donuts and rubenstein for bagels. The view was a beautiful view and we loved it. The covers are soft and comforting. Everything there was nice and clean. Although we did not have a chance to bring our dog staypineapple was dog friendly. In the morning there is barista in the lobby, and the coffee is delicious. We will certainly come back with our whole family. We highly recommend staypineapple hotel.

We loved our stay. Even though we booked last minute, the price was great and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything and an easy walk from the hockey game, which made the night so much easier. Every staff member we talked to was incredibly kind and had great recommendations for bars and food nearby. We were so grateful when they surprised us with early check in, especially since we arrived about five hours early. I was honestly really impressed with this hotel for the price point. Everything felt very clean, updated, and comfortable. The complimentary drink was such a nice touch and a great way to start our evening. The bedding was also amazing, super soft and high quality. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.

Our stay was fantastic from the moment we booked! The communication was instant and welcoming, with great recommendations for things to do — even tips on where to find discounts. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly, fun, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and we loved relaxing in the lobby in the evenings playing shuffleboard and board games. The location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance. The pineapple theme added such a fun, charming touch throughout the hotel. They even went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. We had a perfect stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This gem is nestled in downtown seattle on what I would consider one of the safer blocks based upon our experience in the nights of Seattle. Parking is great for smaller cars, albeit expensive. Worth the money though to have your vehicle a little more secure. I plan on booking again the next time I'm in Seattle

This was a great one night stay. We were attending a play at the 5th Avenue Theatre and the hotel was just a few blocks away. The room was very comfortable and clean. Refrigerator on request, but our room already had one. Had a bit of trouble controlling the temp but we got there. Convenient parking in the basement. Snacks and one water bottle in the room. Super friendly staff! And lots of food and shopping within walking distance.
